I did not receive any swatches! I waited considerable time for the swatches then decided to order using the photos.

You swatch pouch might have been lost in the courier, we are really sorry. I requested my office to forward you a fresh swatch pouch for potential future orders.

Nightmare returns process

Lovely product but colour not true to image (difficult I know) therefore needed to return which is a very long winded and difficult process. For this reason despite loving the product would not deal with company again which is a shame as I am an interior designer

We are a bit confused with your feedback since you had ordered from us a swatch pouch with all the physical linen colour samples prior to your order, you may have chosen your nude colour according to it and not to what you may see on a screen. For any further order, please always refer to the physical linen swatches as they are cut from our inventory, they are exactly as the product we will make for you or your customers.

I would not buy from here

Sadly the items I ordered were not suitable when they arrived, lovely product though.
I sent for a return form and had to pay an extra £25 for the return (which I was unaware of at the purchase stage). My products were picked up and returned on the 20th of January, followed all the rules as requested, to this current date, the 6th of March, I still have no refund, worse still, I’ve had zero communication or updates from this company unless I chase. When I have chased, I have received the same generic email with no further information about when I will receive my order. Such a shame. I’ve since raised a claim with my bank to get this sorted, thank goodness for excellent banking! Shall not buy from here again.

A part des ratés du transporteur pour récupérer le colis, la gestion après retour a été parfaite et rapide. Par contre, je vous ai demandé une facture de ces frais de retour de 16€, que je n'ai pas reçue (adresse et libellé précisés dans ma demande). merci de faire le nécessaire.
